The Lora Foundation seeks to better the lives of the destitute children of Bulgaria by means of the following:
- To relieve the severe humanitarian needs by delivering food, shoes and clothes

Address the physical needs of their institutions by adding heating, bathroom facilities, playgrounds and
other facilities

To train & equip staff of the homes to meet the educational and rehabilitation needs of the children &
provide complementary services from professional volunteers provided by the Lora Foundation

To bring hope to these children through follow-up care, establishing social contacts through annual summer camps and educational outings. To develop trust relationships with the children and addressing their emotional and spiritual needs.
